Obituary
We regret to record the death of Mr. Abraham Wood, of Tinpot, an old and much-respected resident of this district. The sad event occurred suddenly and quite unexpectedly about half-past 5 p.m. on Thursday. Medical aid had been summoned, but when Dr. Gaden arrived life had fled ; the cause, we understand, being heart failure. Deceased, who was 61 years of age, leaves a widow (niece of Mr. Wm. Jones), two sons and one daughter, who have our deepest sympathy. The funeral will pass through town about half-past 2 to-day (Saturday).
