Alexander Frederick David Greville was born 26 February 1830 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia to William Charles Greville (1806-1878) and Lydia Williams (1807-1884) and died 22 March 1890 Brisbane Hospital, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia of pneumonia. He married Sarah Ann Matilda Hindmarsh (1834-1867) 1854 in St. Lawrence, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He married Elizabeth Tabitha Gunther (1842-1915) 1869 in Mudgee, New South Wales, Australia.
