Andrei Vladimirovich of Radonezh was born 1385 in Russia to Vladimir Andreyevich of Serpukhov (1353-1410) and Elena of Lithuania (?-1438) and died 5 November 1426 in Radonezh, Russia of plague. Andrei Vladimirovich (1383-1426) - Prince of Serpukhov (1422-1426), Prince of Radonezh (1410-1426), Prince of Borovsk ( 1410-1426), the third son of Vladimir Andreevich the Brave.

Wife: Yelena Dmitriyevna Vsevolozha (c1385-c1440) of Ivan Dmitriyevich Vsevolozh. Daughter: Anastasiya Andreyevna of Radonezh (c1405-c1455) is the wife of Prince Vasili Yeryevich Kosoy .

He died in 1426 from an epidemic of plague, along with brothers Simeon and Yaroslav. He was buried in the Cathedral of the Archangel, Moscow of the Moscow Kremlin .
