Andrew Michael Miller was born July 29, 1838 in Germany. He was a day laborer in Germany and a jack-of-all-trades after he came to the U.S. in 1886, The family lived first at Sherman, N.Y., and then most of life in the village of Westfield, N.Y. Seven children (5 girls, 2 boys) born in Germany; one son born in Westfield. Married June 11, 1865, at Archshofen, Germany. Andrew died January 19, 1917, at Westfield.
