Prepared 03 Jun 1774, proved on 28 Feb 1775. Gave to wife Hannah, to sons, Benjamin, Elisha and John, to dau. Ann Ward, to Granddau Lydia Rice Williams. Son Elisha Rice, Ex'or. Widow's thirds set off on 21 Apr 1777.

Andrew Rice md Hannah Barnes (1712-1789) of Marlborough on 03 Dec 1734. He was chosen deacon of the church there 14 Oct 1742 and died at age 72 on 15 Jan 1775. His widow, Hannah, died on 16 Feb 1789, age 77.
