Ann Rodda was baptized on the 12th November 1682 in Madron, Cornwall. Her father was William Rodda.

It is possible that her mother was a woman called Elizabeth and that she and William married after Ann's birth. It is also possible that she had twin sisters Mary and Martha (hence her own children with the same names) or another sister called Grace. However, due to the state of the parish records for this period, this cannot be proven.

Marriage[]

Ann married John Pollard on the 26th June 1708 at Madron.

Ann and John had 8 known children baptised at Madron in Cornwall.

Death of Daughter[]

John and Ann's daughter Martha died and was buried at Madron in February 1722. Another daughter was later to be christened Martha in 1727.

Death of husband[]

John was buried in the Penzance Madron parish on the 11th December 1739. A burial for Ann is yet to be located.
