Anna Amalie von Nassau-Dillenburg was born 19 July 1599 to Johann VI. von Nassau-Dillenburg (1535-1606) and Johannetta von Sayn-Wittgenstein (1561-1622) and died 4 May 1667 in Birstein, Hesse, Germany of unspecified causes. She married Wilhelm Otto von Isenburg-Birstein (1597-1667) 25 November 1648 .
