Burlington Flats is a hamlet in the Town of Burlington in Otsego County, New York. It is located at coordinates 42°44′43″N 75°10′59″W / 42.7452, -75.183. Originally named Walbridge Flats for the owner of the mill which still stands on the Wharton Creek.

It is the birthplace of Baseball Hall of Famer William Hulbert.
