Carvăn Turkish: Kervan is a village in Constanţa County, Romania. It is part of the commune of Lipniţa.
The settlement was established in 1968 by the merger of Carvănu Mare (former name:Carvănu de Sus Turkish: Yukarı Kervan) and Carvănu Mic (former name: Carvănu de Jos Turkish: Aşağı Kervan)
