Wikia templates

The pages listed in this category are templates. This page is part of Familypedia's organization and not part of the genealogical content. Further template category notes This category contains pages in the template namespace. It should not be used to categorize articles or pages in other namespaces. To include a template in this category, add <noinclude>[[Category:Wikia templates]]</noinclude> to the end of the template code, making sure it starts on the same line as the last character of the code.

This category is used for administration of the Familypedia project, and is not part of the encyclopedia. It contains pages that are not articles, or groups articles by status rather than content.

Pages in this category should be moved to subcategories when appropriate. This category may require frequent maintenance to avoid becoming too large. It should list very few, if any, article pages directly and should mainly contain appropriately categorized subcategories.

This is the top-level category for all templates. Templates should not be directly included in this category, but subcategorized according to their purpose, type, or scope of their applicability such as the namespace they are used within.

Note that stub templates are not normally categorised – Category:Stub categories and the list at Wikipedia:Wikipedia:STUBS between them perform very much the same purpose as a stub template category.
