Cecil Christie Spencer was born 28 March 1891 in Glebe, New South Wales, Australia to Thomas Edward Spencer (1845-1911) and Sarah Ann Christie (1852-1938) and died 2 December 1953 at 8 Punch Street in Mosman, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Jessie Fay (1892-1971) 1915 in Mosman, New South Wales, Australia. Ancestors are from the United Kingdom, Australia.
