He married Catherine Apps (1875-1956) 11 February 1893 in Young, New South Wales. Ancestors are from Australia, the United Kingdom.

Obituary

MR. CHARLES GORDON.

Mr. Charles Gordon, who passed away recently, was 82 years of age, and for about 25 years had been a farmer in the Grenfell district, living on the Bimbi road. He had been ailing for three years.

He is survived by his widow, daughter (Mrs. E. Anderson), and sons Thomas Alfred (Young), and Arthur Charles (Forbes) .

The interment was in St. Joseph's cemetery, Rev. Father Quinn taking the services at the church, and at the burial.
