Charles Herbert Starkey was born circa 1864 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom to Charles Timothy Starkey (1839-1921) and Rose Matilda Lear (1841-1900) and died 29 October 1921 in a private hospital, Chatswood, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Lucy Ettie Artlett (1868-1928) 30 April 1895 in Ashfield, New South Wales, Australia. Ancestors are from the United Kingdom.
