Charlotte Amalie von Nassau-Dillenburg was born 13 June 1680 in Dillenburg, Hesse, Germany to Heinrich von Nassau-Dillenburg (1641-1701) and Dorothea Elisabeth von Schlesien-Liegnitz (1646-1691) and died 11 October 1738 in Biebrich, Hesse, Germany of unspecified causes. She married Wilhelm Heinrich von Nassau-Usingen (1684-1718) April 1706 in Dillenburg, Hesse, Germany.
