Clarence Cuthbert Cramp was born circa June 1893 in Willesden, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom to Clarence Courtney Cramp (bef1890-) and Florence C (bef1890-) and died 7 December 1939 in Rozelle, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Louisa MacMahon (1891-1977) 1926 in North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

In 1914 he was living in Swan Road, Taringa, Queensland, Australia.
