Claude Oscar Moxham was born 1885 in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia to William Dick Moxham (1855-1933) and Catherine Hergest (1856-1947) and died 2 September 1920 in Singleton, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Blanche Constance Jenkins (c1889-1965) 17 April 1907 in St. Stephen's Church, Newtown, New South Wales, Australia. Ancestors are from Australia, Ireland.
