Biography
Collin Oliver Hobbs was born 4 May 1837 in Davidson County, Tennessee, United States to Edward Culwell Hobbs (1800-1877) and Ann C Hill (1805-1837) and died 14 February 1911 Bisbee, Cochise County, Arizona, United States of unspecified causes. He married Charity Ann Elvina Bryan (1842-1910) 26 December 1859 in Anderson, Grimes County, Texas, United States.
Served with the 12th Texas Infantry during the American Civil War on the side of the Confederacy. He was at the battle of Jenkins' Ferry.
