  • Medieval Lands is unequivocal in stating that Conan and Maud had three children "HOËL de Bretagne (-1156)", "BERTHE de Bretagne (-[1158/64])", and "CONSTANCE de Bretagne (-1148)". It goes on to mention two probably illegitimate sons of the Duke: "AIMERIC (-after [1137])" and "GUYOMAR (-after 1154)", with no hint of children or specific mothers for either of them.
