Cornelius Kelso Tasman Blackman was born 13 September 1883 in Kelso, New South Wales, Australia to Charles Edward Blackman (1824-1914) and Casiah Elizabeth Hill (1849-1913) and died 2 October 1942 in North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Jean McEwan Frew (c1888-1918) 29 January 1913 . Ancestors are from Australia, the United Kingdom.
