David Williamson (1868-1918) was a journalist and preacher, born in 1868 in Guildord, Surrey and died in 1918 in Guildford, Surrey aged fifty.
David Williams was born to David Williamson (c1833-1910), who worked as an antique dealer, upholsterer and cabinet maker, and his wife Elizabeth (c1830-1916). David's brother was local Guildford historian George Charles Williamson (1858-1942).
David Williamson married Juliana Margaret Allan (1872-) of Plymouth, Devon in 1896 in her hometown. They lived in Surrey and had the following children:

- Evelyn Frances Williamson (1899-1983) remained unmarried, died in Kent.

- Allan Ewart Williamson (1905-)
- Gladys Edith Williamson (1903-) married Ernest Thomas Milton (1901-) in 1929.
