Dorothea Hedwig von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel was born 3 February 1587 in Wolfenbüttel to Heinrich Julius von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1564-1613) and Dorothea von Sachsen (1563-1587) and died 16 October 1609 in Zerbst of unspecified causes. She married Rudolf von Anhalt-Zerbst (1576-1621) 29 December 1605 in Wolfenbüttel.
