Dorothea von Anhalt-Zerbst was born 25 September 1607 in Coswig to Rudolf von Anhalt-Zerbst (1576-1621) and Dorothea Hedwig von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1587-1609) and died 26 September 1634 in Hitzacker of unspecified causes. She married August II. von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1579-1666) 26 October 1623 in Zerbst.
