Electropherogram

An electropherogram is a plot of results from an analysis done by electrophoresis.

Electropherograms may be used for deriving results from:

• genealogical DNA testing
• paternity testing
• DNA sequencing
• Genetic fingerprinting

An electropherogram shows a sequence of data produced by an automated DNA sequencing machine.^[1]
