Emil Andreas Williamson (1895-1964) was a farmer and a corporal in the 826th Motor Transportation Company during World War I. (b. July 19, 1895, Farsund, Vest-Agder, Norway - d. May 05, 1964, Lockhart, Norman County, Minnesota, USA) Social Security Number 472421477.

BirthEdit

He was the son of Jakob Elias Willumsen (1853-1928) and Anna Elisabeth Olesdatter (1855-1909) of Norway.

His siblings include: Willhelmina Olesdatter (1879-1936) who married Bernhard Gjelhaug; Ole Martin Williamson (1881-1948) who married Doris E. Wilkens (1901-1980); Helen Marie Williamson (1887-1975) who married Edgar Pardon (1881-1973); Christian A. Williamson (1889-1939); Jacob Elias Williamson II (1892-1974) who married Tilda Olson (1895-1978); and Jenny C. Williamson (1898-1956) who returned to Norway and married Ole Johnson (1871-1961).

He was a corporal in the 826th Motor Transportation Company during World War I.[1]

MarriageEdit

He married Martha Wilkens (1902-1989) and had three children: Marette Elaine Williamson (1925-2002) who married Millard Klevgaard (1912-1999); Marvin A. Williamson (1928-1987) who married Gladys Fjaer; and Carol Williamson (1936- ) who married William Anderson. His brother Ole, was married to her sister: Doris Elizabeth Wilkens (1901-1980).

LockhartEdit

The family appears on the 1930 United States Census living in Lockhart, Norman County, Minnesota.

DeathEdit

Emil died in 1984 in Lockhart, Norman County, Minnesota and was buried in Ada Cemetery.[2]
