Ferdinand I, Holy Roman Emperor was born 10 March 1503 in Alcalá de Henares, Spain to Philip I of Castile (1478-1506) and Joanna of Castile (1479-1555) and died 25 July 1564 in Vienna, Austria of unspecified causes. He married Anna of Bohemia and Hungary (1503-1547) 27 May 1521 JL in Linz, Austria.
