This is the new corporate logo for Devon County Council, introduced in 2006 to replace the old coat of arms [1]. The design is copyrighted, but inclusion of a small image in the Devon article would seem to count as fair use.

Supersedes Image:Devon county council logo small.gif. Do not use this image at high resolution — 200px wide should be sufficient.
