The flag of Virginia. It is from the xrmap flag collection, specifically "usa_virginia.svg" in flags-2.6-src.tar.bz2. The README file in that collection says of the SVG flags "We release them in the public domain". {{sr|Застава The blue color has been redone based on vexilla-mundi. The man who is being stood on was orignally black. but this was later removed after the civil war
