I saw the note on Phlox's talk page (from months ago?) and thought I should look at this. With over 3000 counties in the U.S. alone, it will be big. I'm wondering who will use it. How exactly would its author use it?

Seems to me a site search for the county, followed by a click at the top, would be a quicker way to find the county talk page.

And, yes, if we are going to have something like this a bot will be the right "person" to create it. And it should not be on a Forum because nobody will be adding much comment to it after it's complete. How about Help:Counties index?
