Familypedia:Year category contents/model

This will have some items in common with the Genealogy:Year page contents/model but no list of events nor (because they show automatically) separate reference to its subcategories or included articles.

We can take its design a bit further when we have firmed up the "year page" model. There may be more clever tricks to get more useful info with less work. Please use the accompanying Talk page or the Forum to make suggestions.

We can (fairly quickly) add to the resulting pages things such as the day of the week for 1 January, found at the start of the corresponding Wikipedia year pages.

[edit] Draft model suitable for isolated pages if anyone wants to show detail on them now

Paste in everything between (not including) "below" and "above"; change the "1966" and "1968" and if necessary the century; save. Page is now a complete stub but should have all of its links checked before you leave it.
