On baptism certificate: he was baptised George Esto, and the ceremony was on 19 November 1797, born 28 September 1797. The place of the ceremony is "not stated". The registration was at "St. P., Sydney, A." His parents were Henry and Susannah Kable and the ceremony was performed by "Not stated", Church of England.
On marriage certificate: extra details include the authority: licence, and it was a Church of England ceremony.
On death certificate: George Cable (no wonder I had trouble finding it), Bathurst, 55 years, Farmer. When died is 'Not Stated'. Buried on 1 April 1853. Ceremony performed in the Bathurst Circuit by Rev. Samuel Wilkinson, Wesleyan.
