He married Sarah Wright (c1829-1917) 19 November 1846 in Camden, New South Wales, Australia.

Obituary
A very old district identity, Mr. George Fuller, of Native Dog Creek, Nangus, died on Friday morning, from senile decay. The deceased, who had been in feeble health for many years, and was 82 years old, was by occupation a farmer, and had resided the better part of his life at Nangus. He was a very inoffensive old man. He is survived by his aged wife. In addition to his three sons, Mrs. Manton and Mrs. Edson, of Kimo, Mrs. Norris, of Nangus, and Mrs. Booby, of South Gundagai, and Mrs. Worldon, of Nangus, are well-known and highly respected in the district. Out of a family of twelve, nine children survive him. The late Mr. Fuller was a native of Sussex, England, and had been 63 years in the State, being married at Camden about 60 years ago.
The funeral took place on Saturday afternoon, the remains being interred in the Anglican portion of the cemetery at Nangus, the Rev. W. Cowan officiating. The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. W. Keith.
