George Stickler was born 8 March 1854 in Pucklechurch, Bristol (Pucklechurch+ Bristol+ England) to Charles Stickler (1806-1896) and Eliza Jefferies (c1810-1891) .
George born at Pucklechurch, Bristol, England in 1851 was the eighth child of Charles Stickler and Eliza Jefferies.
He began working as a coal miner and in his early twenties was a bootmaker. In 1881 George lived with his parents and was a 'cripple' and suffered 'fileptic fits'. He immigrated to the America with his parent at age 25, and was a passenger aboard the same ship that brought John James Stickler to America in 1882. George eventually died from drowning in a puddle during one of his fits.
