Oscar Gustav Adolf Bernadotte of Sweden, King of Sweden, was born 16 June 1858 in Stockholm to Oscar II of Sweden (1829-1907) and Sophia von Nassau (1836-1913) and died 29 October 1950 in Stockholm of unspecified causes. He married Viktoria von Baden (1862-1930) 20 September 1881 in Karlsruhe.
