Surviving are his widow Ethel Fisher Foor; three sisters, Mrs Vearl (Wilma) Shaffer of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Brady (Gladys) Ramsey of Everett R.D. and Mrs. Elma Meisner of Miami, Fla.; three brothers, Ambrose Foor of Altoona, Raymond Foor of Breezewood and Sherman Foor of Hollidaysburg. Friends are being received at Conner Funeral home in Everett.
