Hendrik Casimir II van Nassau-Dietz was born 1657 in The Hague to Willem Frederik van Nassau-Dietz (1613-1664) and Albertine Agnes van Nassau (1634-1696) and died 1696 in Leeuwarden of unspecified causes. He married Henriëtte Amalia von Anhalt-Dessau (1666-1726) 1683 .
