Life
Henry Smith was born in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. His parents were Thomas Smith (1734) and Mary Peacock. Thomas was the son of John Smith and Esther, and the brother of James and John. Henry was christened on 27 December 1769. He married Mary Scott on 17 October 1793 in Kings Langley.
