Obituary

MR. IRVIN CRAINE.

Died on Saturday last one of the men of the old school, Mr. Irvin Craine, of Mount Adrah. He came to this district well over a quarter of a century ago, with his brothers, and they lived at Tumblong, where deceased married the eldest daughter of the old squire, of Jellingroe, the late Mr. Whitticker. The brothers afterwards went to Mount Adrah, and there built up a fine pastoral property. Deceased for many years was host of the now de-licensed Mount Adrah Hotel. He leaves a big family of children, as well as a number of grandchildren.
