Obituary

MRS. JANE CRAIN

The death occurred at her daughter's home in Inverary Street, Wagga, last night, of Mrs. Jane Crain, widow of the late Irvine Crain, of Mt. Adrah, at the age of 90 years. Mrs. Craln was a very old identity of Mt. Adrah, having lived there for 60 years. For the last seven years she had resided with her daughter, Mrs. Sinclair, of Inverary Street. She is survived by four sons, Messrs. George, Bill and Con, of Mt. Adrah, and Oliver Crain, of Albury: seven daughters, Mesdames L. Maxworthy, J. Geaghan, A. Sutcliffe and W. Sinclair, all of Wagga; T. Kennedy, of West Wyalong; A. Russell, of Adaminaby, and E. Neiberding, of Mt. Adrah. One brother, Mr. J. Whiticker, of Wagga, and one sister, Mrs. H. Diamond, of Tumblong. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon, the cortege moving from the Mt. Adrah Church after a service to start at 2.30 for the Mt. Adrah Cemetery.
