Johanna Charlotte von Anhalt-Dessau was born 6 April 1682 in Dessau, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany to Johann Georg II. von Anhalt-Dessau (1627-1693) and Henriëtte Catharina van Nassau (1637-1708) and died 31 March 1750 in Herford, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany of apoplexy. She married Philipp Wilhelm von Brandenburg-Schwedt (1669-1711) 25 January 1699 in Oranienbaum, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
