Johannetta von Sayn-Wittgenstein was born 27 April 1626 in Frankfurt am Main to Ernst zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn (1594-1632) and Luise Juliane von Erbach-Erbach (1603-1670) and died 28 September 1701 in Jena of unspecified causes. She married Johann von Hessen-Braubach (1609-1651) 30 September 1647 at Schloss Friedewald in Westervald. She married Johann Georg I. von Sachsen-Eisenach (1634-1686) 29 May 1661 in Wallau.
