John Foster, Jr was born 12 October 1666 in Marshfield, Plymouth County, Massachusetts to John Foster (1642-1732) and Mary Chillingsworth (1642-1702) and died 24 December 1741 Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts of unspecified causes. He married Hannah Stetson (1671-1747) 16 November 1692 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
His parents were honored on the Green Harbor Monument as one of the early founders of Marshfield MA in Plymouth Colony.
