Per "Warrantees of Land, County of Bedford 1771-1893"; John Reynart received a warranty on January 4, 1792 for 100 acres , on March 1, 1794 for 200 acres and on March 1, 1794 for 50 acres.

John is listed in the "Taxes Census for 1808" as a farmer with a value of $652. He paid $3.26 in taxes. He owned 340 acres in Hopewell township. At this time he also owned 2 horses and 3 cattle.
In his will, dated June 7, 1832, John Rinard mentions his daughter Elizabeth and Sally Hinish, child of my daughter of Elizabeth.
