Magdalene Sibylle von Sachsen was born 23 December 1617 in Dresden, Saxony, Germany to Johann Georg I. von Sachsen (1585-1656) and Magdalena Sibylle von Preußen (1586-1659) and died 6 January 1668 at Schloß Altenburg in Altenburg, Thuringia, Germany of unspecified causes. She married Christian of Denmark (1603-1647) 5 October 1634 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She married Friedrich Wilhelm II. von Sachsen-Altenburg (1603-1669) 11 October 1652 in Dresden, Saxony, Germany.
