In astrology, March 21 is often the first full day of the sign of Aries. It is also the traditional first day of the astrological year; International Astrology Day is also often celebrated on this day, though it is celebrated depending on the exact day that the Equinox actually occurs, which varies from year to year between March 19-21, depending on geographic location, time zone,how long ago the most recent leap year was, and astronomical considerations, though it usually falls on March 20. It is most commonly known in places such as America and the UK as the first day of spring or the last day of the winter.
