Margaret McKenzie Barton (1884-1963) Teacher (b. 1884, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, 48205, USA - d. April 1963, Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, 34208, USA)


She was the daughter of Katherine X (1852-?) who emigrated from Canada in 1888 and married a Barton.

First marriageEdit

Margaret married a Fulton (c1880-before1920) and had the following children: Lloyd Fulton (1912-?); Robert Fulton (1913-?); and Stewart Fulton (1913-1984).

Death of husbandEdit

Margaret appears as a widow in the 1920 US Census living with her widowed mother at 315 Calvert Street in Detroit.

Second marriageEdit

Margaret then married Emmett Peter Van Deusen I (1878-1965) around 1925.


Together they had the following children:


Margaret died in Florida and her Florida death certificate number was "19186".
