Wittelsbach von Bayern was born 17 April 1573 in Munich, Germany to William V, Duke of Bavaria (1548-1626) and Renata of Lorraine (1544-1602) and died 27 September 1651 in Ingolstadt, Germany of unspecified causes. He married Élisabeth de Lorraine (1574-1636) 6 February 1595 in Nancy, France. He married Maria Anna of Austria (1610-1665) 15 July 1635 in Vienna, Austria.
