Michael Joseph Dermody II (1850-1922) Immigrant from Ireland to US and Construction Laborer and Cemetery Laborer (b. November 1850, Ireland - d. before March 27, 1922, Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey, USA)
Michael was the child of Michael Joseph Dermody I and Ann Keegan.
He emigrated from Ireland in 1872.
On July 22, 1878 he married Ann Catherine Gelchion (1851-1927) at Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church, 14 Greenville Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey. Ann was the daughter of Richard Gelchion I (1832-?) and Bridget Reynolds (1833-1896).

From 1900-1930 they lived at 56 Rose Avenue in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey. In 1910 he was working in a cemetery and his daughter, Mary, was working as a stenographer.
He died in 1922 and is buried with his wife and several children in Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
