Odakar VI de Boulogne was born circa 910 to Inglebert I de Boulogne (885-941) and died circa 945 of unspecified causes. Notable ancestors include Charlemagne (747-814). Ancestors are from Germany, Belgium, France.

Little is known about Odakar. He may have claimed the title Count of Boulogne, but most of that territory had been taken over by Baldwin II of Flanders.[1].

Some sources have a son Arnoul,[2][3] but the Count of Boulogne of that name is a grandson of Baldwin II.
