Otto V. von Wassserburg, Count of Wasserburg, was born circa 1066 to Arnold III. von Dießen (c1050-c1096) and Gisela von Schweinfurt (?-?) and died 3 November 1112 at the Battle of Iringisheim of battle wounds. Notable ancestors include Charlemagne (747-814). Ancestors are from France, Germany, Belgium.
It may also be that he stems from the first marriage of his mother to Heinrich von Wasserburg, or from the second marriage of his father to Adelheid von Sulzbach.
