Ottokar II the Iron and Golden King Přemyslid of Bohemia, King of Bohemia, Duke of Austria, Duke of Styria, Duke of Carinthia, Duke of Carniola, was born circa 1230 to Wenceslaus I of Bohemia (c1205-1253) and Kunigunde von Staufen (1200-1248) and died 26 August 1278 of unspecified causes. He married Margarethe von Österreich (c1205-1266) 11 February 1252 JL . He married Kunigunda of Slavonia (1245-1285) 25 October 1261 JL . Notable ancestors include Alfred the Great (849-899), Charlemagne (747-814), Rurik (c832-879), Hugh Capet (c940-996).
